I have been in the casino and restaurants many times before, but I have never actually stayed here. (I would never use this language, but he was clearly just f-ing with me, so I just left) This pit boss made me vow to never go back to the Orleans casino and I hope you won’t either. Perhaps he thought he was being funny, but this taunting interaction made me feel completely disrespected. Somewhat embarrassed i asked about the small plastic bag with my favorite water bottle, and he said, “I don’t know anything about it.” The other players said to him, you put it behind the desk right there”, I added “it was just a white plastic bag with a water and a banana in it” but he looked me straight in the eye with no smile or hint of humor and repeated, “I I don’t know anything about it.” He was a 30-something male, I’m a 60 year-old female who always treats people with respect and courtesy. But when I left a plastic Walgreens shopping bag (with only a water bottle and a banana) on the floor next to my seat and came back 10 minutes later to retrieve it, the other players said to ask the pit boss, he had picked it up.
My husband and I went to the Orleans casino to see an afternoon movie & stayed to play a little Pai Gow just for fun.
